Perowne International is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing team of Publicists based in New York City supporting luxury travel clients. This is an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates looking to start their career in public relations.
For this role, the Account Coordinator will be supporting client teams responding to client requests, monitoring media alerts and social media channels, actively pitching media, and assist team members in executing PR plans.
The team comes into the office on a hybrid schedule of 3x per week.
Responsibilities Include :
Account Management
- Compiles weekly and monthly clip books
- Compiles flash reports and status reports
- Drafts meeting agendas and takes attends ongoing client meetings
- Participates in media events as directed by Account Supervisor
- Demonstrates understanding and working knowledge of social media
