The Executive Chef is responsible for leading the culinary operations of Perona Farms across a high-volume, multi-venue event environment. This role oversees food quality, culinary team leadership, menu development, production systems, sanitation, food safety, purchasing compliance, labor management, and the consistent execution of events at the highest standard.
The Executive Chef works closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, event operations, sales, purchasing, facilities, and front-of-house leadership to ensure that every event is executed with excellence. This position requires strong culinary skill, operational discipline, leadership presence, cost awareness, and the ability to maintain quality and consistency at scale.
The ideal candidate is both a hands-on chef and an experienced culinary leader who can build systems, develop team members, uphold standards, and create a positive, accountable kitchen culture.
This position requires nights and all weekends.
