The salary range for this role, based in New York, Dallas, Chicago, or Miami is $221,600.00 to $304,700.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all US commercial finance activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights that support executive decision‑making and drive profitable growth.
- Oversee analysis of product and supplier performance, identifying opportunities to optimize P&L delivery, trade spend, and commercial investments within your first 6–12 months.
- Build and develop a high‑performing commercial finance team, strengthening capabilities, elevating leadership skills, and driving consistent ways of working across the function.
- Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and senior leaders to shape multi‑year sales plans, assess profitability, and guide investment decisions.
- Standardize and enhance reporting tools, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and alignment between corporate and commercial finance.
- Lead the implementation of the national Revenue Growth agenda, ensuring clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strengthen partnerships between commercial finance and corporate finance teams, ensuring clarity of roles, effective communication, and aligned performance management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related graduate degree highly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in consumer packaged goods or consulting, with deep expertise in commercial finance.
- Demonstrated US market and commercial finance experience.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Proven success leading and developing high‑performing teams.
- Experience operating in fast‑paced, matrixed environments with multiple priorities and complex business dynamics.
