The salary budget for this role, based in New York, on a 3-day hybrid work model, is $77,000.00.

We are seeking Finance Analysts to join our dynamic Finance team. These roles are ideal for recent graduates with relevant internships or up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in Finance. Analysts will play a key role in supporting the planning and analysis of financial performance across various areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly P&L reporting, latest estimates, and budget submissions into group reporting tools
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, profitability, and resource allocation
- Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of key financial reports and systems
- Assist in preparing consolidated commentary and presentations for senior leadership
- Own and develop the creation of reporting dashboards to track KPIs and inform decision making
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and analyses
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- Internship in Finance or related field required; up to 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial systems and data tools a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Mindset: Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn; adaptable and team-oriented
