What Youll Do
Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from intake through trial and appeal
Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Manage case files, organize exhibits, and coordinate with clients, courts, and experts
Track and meet billable hour requirements
Assist with trial preparation and document management using firm systems and databases
What They Are Looking For
Minimum 25 years of litigation paralegal experience (insurance defense, commercial, or general litigation preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with MS Office and legal document management systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
