Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing
- 4-5 years of substantive experience in investigations, enforcement, and/or regulatory litigation
- Experience working with State Attorneys General, including responding to civil investigative demands (CIDs) and coordinating multistate investigations
- Prior experience in a State AG office strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate resolutions and advise clients on complex enforcement matters
- Strong writing skills with a demonstrated publication record or clear aptitude for thought leadership
- Strategic mindset with the ability to maintain and build relationships with State AG offices
- Exceptional analytical ability, judgment, and communication skills
- Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Respond to CIDs and other regulatory inquiries
- Coordinate and participate in multistate investigations involving State AG offices
- Negotiate resolutions to complex regulatory enforcement matters
- Represent clients in related litigation, investigations, and internal reviews
- Provide strategic, business-oriented guidance on regulatory risk and enforcement exposure
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and firm leadership to support client development initiatives
- Deepen and maintain relationships with State AG offices to support strategic business development for the practice
- Develop thought leadership content, including articles, insights, and analysis on emerging regulatory trends

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $260,000 – $350,000, as determined by experience and market factors
