Sr. Systems and Test Engineer, New Berlin, WI. Responsible for defining strategy and efficient tactics for Confidence Testing (pre-V&V tests) and formal Verification and Validation tests during the product development cycle for wheelchair manufacturing company. Responsible for managing test device samples, configurations and dependencies and for strategically navigating test failures and observations through applying excellence in Design Controls (ISO 13485) via the deviation process. Must possess bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in mechanical, chemical or systems engineering plus 3 years progressively responsible work experience in system analysis, model-based system engineering and system architecture; usability and human factors analysis and testing; product design, specification, and testing including mechanical, electronics, and software; and AGILE project frameworks. 25% domestic travel to company offices in TN, WI, and IL.
