Role Description

This is a full-time, remote, Project Manager role. The Project Manager will oversee the permit acquisition process, coordinate project timelines, develop tailored strategies for clients, and ensure projects align with construction schedules. Responsibilities include managing project logistics, supervising permit expediting efforts, coordinating inspections, and maintaining effective communication with clients and approving authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Expediting and familiarity with efficient processes for permit acquisition
• Expertise in Project Management and the ability to oversee and drive multiple projects
• Skills in Inspection and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycles
• Knowledge in Logistics Management to coordinate and streamline project timelines
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and regulatory authorities
• Background in engineering, construction, or a related field is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
