Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and hygienic
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to provide a seamless guest experience
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold room quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and assist with linen management as needed
- Support hotel management with additional custodial tasks to uphold the facility’s overall appearance
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred; hotel experience is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving supplies
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
- Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning products; experience with housekeeping management is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Must be available to work some weekend shifts.
