Position Summary:
The Groundskeepers’ main responsibilities are to keep the grounds of multiple properties in an attractive condition; for keeping exteriors, common areas, sidewalks and around all buildings of property in a clean and safe condition. This can include for cleaning and upkeep of the property’s interior and exterior buildings and grounds.
What You’ll Do:
- Clean up trash from around the property dumpster and buildings, always ensuring a clean and tidy appearance. Cleans all parking areas. Cleans all sidewalks and alleyways.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Front office and all amenities and common areas ensuring general cleanliness of grounds, laundry rooms, walkways, streets, driveways, parking lots, entrances, foyers, breezeways, recreational areas, etc.
- Report major repair or cleaning problems to management (ex. HVAC, large sheet rock damage, etc).
- Sprays with insecticides/pesticides as needed. You will trim large bushes, clear lawn debris, and use of multiple grounds keeping tools like zero-turn mower and trimming tools.
- Assist with any emergency maintenance when needed.

Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
High School education or equivalent.
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team. Ability to take direction and work independently.
Previous groundskeeper/porter experience helpful but not required.
The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge of general maintenance and groundskeeping.
