We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist with the setup, operation, and cleanup of manufacturing equipment and work areas
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, supplies, or finished products
- Follow safety standards in production environments, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Support assembly lines by organizing materials and ensuring timely delivery of components
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and workspaces to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to meet GMP requirements
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand basic equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Experience or familiarity with manufacturing processes is preferred
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and hazard awareness
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
- Understanding of GMP guidelines to maintain quality standards in production settings
- Excellent physical stamina, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and adhere strictly to safety protocols
