What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laundry/Housekeeping position at Permian Basin Hospitality?
```Duties```
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities according to established standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries as needed
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces in assigned areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly in all public areas
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and other amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing duties
- Strip rooms of towels and linen, gather and throw trash
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and procedures is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
