PermCap employs 15 full-time professionals with offices in New York City and Charleston, South Carolina.

Position Overview
This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to firm partners while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the NYC office. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
· Provide high-level executive support to firm partners, including managing complex calendars, scheduling, and communications across multiple priorities and time zones
· Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and last-minute changes
· Handle sensitive information and executive communications with a high degree of speed, discretion and professionalism
Office Management & Operations
· Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day NYC office operations
· Oversee vendor relationships, including sourcing, onboarding, relationship management, issue resolution, and billing
· Ensure a well-run, welcoming, and efficient office environment for team members and visitors
· Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and facilities needs
Client & Stakeholder Support
· Assist with logistics and coordination related to meetings, events, and engagements involving institutional, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations
· Engage respectfully and professionally with a diverse set of clients and partners, including those with faith-based missions
Qualifications
· 3 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced professional environment (finance, investment, professional services, or similar preferred)
· Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics across multiple stakeholders
· Experience overseeing office operations and vendor management
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· High degree of discretion and sound judgment
· Comfort working with organizations that have mission-driven or values-based objectives
