Floor Care Specialist

For the past 16 years, Permatect has led the industry providing hard surface restoration to high-traffic flooring in healthcare facilities nationwide.

Permatect's key focus is restoring the appearance and functionality of tile & grout in public restrooms, patient areas, kitchens and locker rooms. Other key tasks:

- VCT/vinyl floor maintenance

- Terrazzo/natural stone polishing and maintenance

- Ongoing maintenance of all of these systems and services

On a typical floor restoration project, our floor care specialists will start by removing existing coatings, deep cleaning walls and floors using specialized chemicals and pressure washing tools. Once clean, we replace any missing grout, then color seal the grout to achieve a uniform appearance. After detail work is complete, our team will seal the surface with Permatect's antimicrobial barrier. This sealant will protect the new grout system and stop the spread of bacterial and viral infections on the floor surface.

Once restoration work is complete, local specialists and traveling management will be cleaning and maintaining these systems to ensure a like-new appearance to each treated surface.

Permatect is looking to hire new team members for restoration projects at various locations, both local, regional and national. We are also looking for potential in a Project Manager to manage these projects, tasks and other team members nationwide.

Local and in-state travel is done in personal vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed for travel outside of Georgia. You will be asked to travel for up to 2-3 weeks at a time. Travel, lodging and food are provided by company.

40 hour work weeks with overtime

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
