Primary Care Physician Assistant - Clinical Access, Float Pool - Seattle Region

Position Overview:

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in the Seattle Region. This role will serve as a key clinical resource, supporting patient access across our Seattle Medical Center locations, including Burien, Capitol Hill, Northgate, and Rainier. The position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across multiple sites, ensuring timely, high-quality care for our primary care patient population.

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health—or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

• This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.  
• This is non-paneled position to support patient access for Primary Care. 
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.   
• In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.   

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $134,407 to $158,126 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
• Value Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics

New Hire Incentives:

• Signing Bonus: New Hires are eligible to receive up to $23,000

Qualifications

• Required: Physician Assistant Degree
• Required: NCCPA Certified (PA-C) 
• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA 
• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
