Position Overview:
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 0.73 FTE Optometrist to join our eye care team at both the Silverdale Medical Center in Silverdale, Washington & Tacoma Medical Center, in Tacoma, Washington.
All applicants must possess a full range of clinical skills and an interest in working with an innovative group practice.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $160,099 to $188,352 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
- Value Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics

Qualifications
- Required: Doctorate of Optometry - OD
- Preferred: Optometry Residency
- Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
- Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
