Job Description
Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join the mental health team at the Kaiser Cascade Park medical office in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff, providing a mix of onsite and virtual care. This team uses a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation.

- No call requirements
- Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR
- 4-day work week (50% telepsychiatry/ 50% in clinic) for a 0.9 FTE
Minimum Requirements:
- Board Certified or Eligible in Psychiatry
Your Total Rewards:
The annual salary for this position is $291,330-$318,240 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, Morlen offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
- Base salary range: $271,800- $298,710
- Lifestyle Stipend: $19,530 annually
- New Hire Sign-on Bonus up to $50,000
