Position Description:
Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their industry-leading Gaming Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge issues in a rapidly evolving sector, advising top-tier clients on licensing, regulation, compliance, and operational matters.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience providing legal counsel in regulated gaming markets.
- Strong background in policy, regulatory compliance, and licensing within casino gaming and/or sports betting.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
- Admitted to practice law in Illinois or Nevada
