Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Associate with two to three years of corporate finance experience to join its growing Financial Services practice in Nashville. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in the documentation, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions, including asset‑based, real estate, and/or cash‑flow lending.
This role offers meaningful responsibility, hands‑on training, and the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative, well‑established group that provides a strong platform for long‑term professional development.
Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting abilities, and a high level of motivation and attention to detail are essential.
There is a strong preference for candidates to join the Nashville office. Our client will provide relocation support for candidates relocating to Nashville specifically for this position and they will accept candidates who are not yet barred in TN but able to waive in.
