- Can manage their route, work independently
- Have a great attendance history
- Have a professional appearance
- Possess a valid driver license with a good driving record (no DUI's)
- Are able to meet the physical job requirements including but not limited to: independently lift or carry 50 lbs., walk, stand and bend throughout the day, carry and safely use 28' ladder
- Have the desire and ability to learn about the pest control industry
- Are able to follow directions and pay close attention to detail
- Possess exceptional customer service & written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED
