Entry-Level Civil Engineer / Precast Concrete
We are seeking an entry level Civil Engineer to join our precast concrete team. This role is ideal
for a recent graduate with a concentration in structural or geotechnical engineering who wants
hands-on experience supporting the design and production of precast concrete systems.
Position Overview
This is a full time, on-site position and will be based at our Bradenton, Florida manufacturing facility.
Qualifications
• B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Emphasis or interest in Structural or Geotechnical Engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• FE Exam passed preferred (or intent to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn precast systems
• Ability to work in both office and plant environments
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with structural calculations and design of precast concrete elements
• Prepare and revise shop drawings using AutoCAD
• Support engineering review for production and quality control
• Coordinate with plant operations, sales, and project teams
• Participate in troubleshooting, plant and site inspections, and continuous improvement efforts
