Permabilt Industries is seeking an IT Project Administrator. This position will be responsible for identifying and implementing new technology to improve and automate processes and managing our IT infrastructure. If you enjoy working with IT systems and overseeing process improvements this role is for you.
This is not a typical Network IT position, this is a full scale IT Infrastructure position. This position will be responsible for reviewing current manual processes (AP Entry, Material Lists, etc) and finding AI solutions and/or software to automate processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess current IT systems and recommend new technology to improve performance
- Research, evaluate, and implement new technology for automation of processes
- Be the expert for newly implemented technology and provide training and support to end users
- Set up and maintain computers, networks, and IT systems
- Manage cybersecurity and data protection
- Work with management team to align IT with company goals
Required:
- 3 years experience managing IT transitions/projects
- Strong understanding of AI automation technologies and their application in business processes
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Server and Networking systems, and It infrastructure
- 3 years hands on experience setting up new computers, networking computers and cloud based systems
- 3 years experience troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
- Strong problem solving skills and mindset
