ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Lead and mentor installation teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Plan, organize, and oversee complex installation projects, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure installations meet quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials for installations to meet project requirements.
- Interact with customers to assess project needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of installation processes, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
- Manage installation project budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance.
- Generate detailed reports on project status, key performance indicators, and installation metrics.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Ensure that installation teams adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5 years of experience.
- Extensive understanding of installation processes, technical knowledge, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate, mentor, and guide installation teams.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools for overseeing complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team management and customer interactions.
- Ability to analyze complex project data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
- Dedication to understanding complex customer needs and delivering solutions.
- Proficient in allocating resources effectively to meet complex project requirements.
