Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role based in Tualatin, OR. The Construction Project Manager oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout, including reviewing plans and specifications, developing schedules, and coordinating with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers. The role includes managing budgets, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement to maintain cost, quality, and schedule objectives. The Construction Project Manager leads project meetings, maintains proactive communication with clients and design teams, and ensures all work complies with company standards, building codes, and safety requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve monitoring job progress, resolving field issues, preparing reports, and supporting continuous improvement of construction processes and project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management to lead projects from planning through closeout.
- Proficiency in Project Management and Project Coordination to organize tasks, stakeholders, schedules, and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability in Budgeting to develop, track, and manage project costs, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Experience collaborating with superintendents, subcontractors, and design professionals to resolve technical and scheduling issues.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, change management, RFIs, submittals, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and standard office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
