Qualifications
- Proficiency in chairside assistance during dental procedures, including preparing instruments and maintaining a clean environment
- Experience with taking dental X-rays and proper sterilization protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing excellent patient care
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in the state of Texas
- Knowledge of dental terminology and familiarity with office management software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a dental assisting program is preferred
