Company Description
Perla Dental, PC is a dental company with 10 clinics in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. It has had an established presence in the DFW market since 2004 with a great patient pool and dynamic team. Perla Dental offers multi-speciality services in house.
The company is seeking an associate dentist for its Desoto, TX office (about 20 minutes from downtown Dallas).
Role Description
This is a general dentist role to treat adults and children. The job entails the following:
- Examine, diagnose and treat oral diseases.
- Perform fillings, sealants, root canals, extractions, crowns, and fixed and removable prosthetics.
- Work with staff to provide quality patient treatment.
- Educate patients on preventative dental care and oral health care.
- Treat teeth malformations, gum injuries and other oral abnormalities.
- Follow standard dentistry procedures and comply with company policies.
- Evaluate the patient's dental health and prescribe medications.
In-office specialty support is available (if needed).

Qualifications
- Proficient in examining, diagnosing, and treating dental conditions.
- Experience in performing routine cleanings, extractions, and other dental procedures.
- Strong patient education skills regarding oral health and preventative care.
- Ability to maintain accurate patient records and comply with regulatory standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest dental technologies and techniques.
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid Texas dental license and nitrous certification.
