What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Perky Bikini Cups?
At Perky Bikinis Cups, we’re a fun, vibrant bikini barista coffee stand, and we’re expanding our team! We’re looking for confident, energetic individuals to join us in creating a positive and supportive environment. As part of our brand, team members wear bikini or swimwear attire (lingerie is optional). We emphasize empowerment, strong customer service, and creativity—plus, we grow together as we open new locations!
We offer flexible schedules, from early mornings to weekends, 2 week paid training, and a chance to grow with us. In addition, you’ll earn waitress minimum wage ($2.13 per hour), but you keep 100% of your tips—and our team members typically see great earnings from tips! Social media engagement (posting on platforms like Instagram and TikTok) is part of each shift, helping us connect with our audience and grow our brand.
We’re looking for baristas who:
- Have prior barista or food service experience
- Know coffee basics or are willing to learn (espresso, lattes, etc.)
- Can operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems (we provide training)
- Have a friendly, positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
- Are comfortable posting yourself and your drinks on social media during shifts
- Accurately handle cash and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Are punctual, reliable, and ready to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
- Are a team player with great communication skills
- Have or are willing to obtain a food handler’s permit
- Experience with drive-thru service is a plus
