💼 Position: Customer Service Associate
Location: Carrollton, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Work Environment: 100% in-office (no remote or hybrid options)
Compensation: Pay is competitive and determined based on experience

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Accurately process orders and perform data entry tasks
- Manage equipment service tickets, including preventive maintenance and standard technical service requests
- Generate quotes for technical service work and provide remote support when applicable
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication to uphold service standards and ensure seamless customer interactions
- Prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner
- Oversee the refund and service request system for over 300 vending and micro market units
- Resolve escalated customer service issues promptly while maintaining satisfaction within company guidelines
- Create and maintain customer accounts and related information
- Translate internal communications into clear, customer-friendly messaging
