PerksPlusVIP is a local gift card and perks platform currently expanding in the Las Vegas area. We're looking for driven, connected locals to join as independent contractor Partners in Las Vegas and Henderson.
This is a relationship driven business development role. You identify local businesses that are a good fit for the platform, introduce them, support their onboarding, and earn ongoing monthly commission from the gift card sales those businesses generate. The income builds as your book of business grows.
This role is a strong fit for people who are already embedded in the local Las Vegas business community through hospitality, nightlife, real estate, events, or sales. Success in this position looks like a growing portfolio of active local businesses generating consistent monthly revenue for both the platform and the Partner.
PerksPlusVIP is a startup led by experienced entrepreneurs with a track record of building and scaling businesses. Partners who perform well will have genuine opportunities to grow with the company as we expand into new cities and markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to local businesses that are a good fit for the PerksPlusVIP platform
- Introduce business owners and operators to the platform and explain the opportunity
- Support businesses through the onboarding and setup process
- Maintain relationships with businesses you bring on to support their continued activity
- Track your own performance through the Partner portal dashboard
- Represent PerksPlusVIP professionally in all local interactions
Qualifications:
- Based in Las Vegas or Henderson, Nevada
- Established relationships with local business owners, managers, or operators through hospitality, nightlife, real estate, events, sales, or community involvement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to have credible business conversations
- Self motivated and able to work independently without a set schedule
- Comfortable with a commission based income model where earnings build over time
- Prior sales or business development experience is helpful but not required
This is an independent contractor role. Compensation is commission based and tied to the activity generated by businesses the Partner brings onto the platform.
