What you can expect as our Senior People Operations Business Partner
You are a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on employee relations across our organization.You will help cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace by aligning organizational goals with employee engagement, culture, and compliance best practices.
You will lead the resolution of complex employee relations issues, support performance management initiatives, and ensure adherence to employment law and policy. Partnering closely with leaders and colleagues across People Operations—including Training, Total Rewards, and Communications—you’ll drive initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and the overall employee experience.

- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with leaders and staff to understand and address employee-related concerns and trends.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases involving workplace conflicts, policy violations, discrimination, harassment, and performance challenges.
- Provide expert guidance to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Conduct and document thorough, fair, and timely workplace investigations.
- Partner with General Counsel and People Operations leadership to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies.
- Analyze employee relations data—including exit interviews and engagement feedback—to identify trends and recommend proactive strategies for culture and retention.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Director of People Operations and immigration counsel to manage immigration processes (H-1B, green cards, work authorizations) while ensuring legal compliance.
- Conduct exit interviews and contribute to offboarding strategies that support continuous improvement and retention.
- Partner with Training and Development to design and deliver targeted employee relations and compliance training programs.
- Maintain and update employee policies and handbooks in collaboration with Legal and HR colleagues.
- Support Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) initiatives in partnership with People Operations leadership.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience required).
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a strong focus in employee relations.
- Proven experience handling complex workplace investigations, accommodations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with HRIS platforms, Workday preferred

Salary : $82,000 - $115,000
