Summary
You will provide administrative and coordination support for the Program Improvement and School Success department. You will support the Program Improvement team including IEP Coordinators and Curriculum Coaches with administrative and compliance efforts through data entry, order processing, calendar management and electronic record management, as well as educational material preparation and modification. Under the general direction of the Director and Assistant Director for Program Improvement, you will utilize technology to create adapted educational materials and access data management systems that support the school.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations include the following:
Support and Coordination Tasks
- With training, use technology and complex systems for adapting and modifying curriculum materials on a regular basis (PowerPoint, SoundCloud, Audacity, Duxbury, BrailleBlaster, etc.)
- Manage organization/storage of adapted instructional materials
- Perform review of documents for grammatical errors and missing information
- Manage calendars and scheduling for student team meetings as needed
- Coordinate with teams to ensure proposed IEP content and documents meet quality standards
- Monitor IEP timelines to support compliance efforts
- Assist with new student IEP set up in IEP management system
- Oversee training and individual support for IEP systems/software
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university.
- 2-5 years experience collaborating in a school setting with multi-disciplinary teams preferred.
