Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and process transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining high quality and presentation.
• Manage customer orders with precision, upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, assist with food preparation, and ensure cleanliness of workspaces in compliance with sanitation standards.
• Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and accurately manage cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and adhering to food safety protocols throughout your shift.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service, support food safety management practices, and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; food service customer order management skills are essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices within the food industry.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods.
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately while providing friendly customer service.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations including change-making and order totals.
• Prior restaurant or café experience that showcases your ability to serve customers quickly and professionally is highly desirable.

Pay: $23.22 - $50.00 per hour
