Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced general manager to join our team. you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the staff during your assigned shift. You will ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently in Kitchen and Front of House providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
You will have the title of service leader and will run shifts solo after training.
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the establishment during your shift
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to staff members
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to new hires
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
- Assist with food preparation, cooking or other duties as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle cash transactions and perform cash handling duties accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety regulations
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
