Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support staff during shifts
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Assign tasks and prepare team for each shift
- Handle customer concerns and solve problems quickly
- Assist in all restaurant roles when needed
- Communicate shift results and issues to management
- High school diploma (college preferred)
- At least 1 year of food service experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
