Role Description
Perkins Property Solution LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer / Property Services Helper for a full-time, on-site role based in the Indianapolis area. This position supports apartment turnovers, residential property services, commercial property support, and general property preparation and maintenance-related operations.
Responsibilities include assisting with cleaning, trash-outs, punchouts, site preparation, move-in preparation, repairs, improvements, and general handyman-style support as assigned. Work is performed across a variety of property types, including apartments, residential properties, and commercial support environments throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, and remain physically active throughout the day
• Basic tools are helpful, but not required
• Prior experience in property services, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, or general labor is helpful, but not required
Pay & Growth
• $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
