Responsibilities Include:

LPN duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents’ care, and implementation of schedules for residents.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or greater from an accredited college
• Unencumbered LPN license in the state of KY
• LTC/AL/SNF experience preferred
