We are looking for a Site Leader to take ownership of one of our key OneSource accounts. This isn’t just about managing operations – it’s about leading with energy, shaping a high-performing culture, and building strong partnerships with our clients and teams.

  • Shape the future of the account by identifying opportunities to improve, innovate, and expand services – and turn them into action.
  • Guide and support our team by hiring and training, to recognition and development, you’ll set the tone for a motivated, engaged, and successful team.
  • Make an impact by managing the site operations with clarity and accountability, making sure KPIs are met and our service truly adds value to the client.
  • Manage scope effectively by ensuring that all activities carried out on site are aligned to the MSA and SOWs, and that any scope creep is escalated to customer and account leadership
  • Communicate with influence by preparing and delivering presentations to clients, leadership, and internal stakeholders on service performance, KPIs, and operational initiatives.

Experience That Helps (preferred, But Not Essential)

  • Hands-on experience in a laboratory or regulated environment, with knowledge of Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Device industries.
  • Background in planning or engineering that helps bring structure and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in budget management and financial accountability.
  • Understanding of compliance, safety standards, or audit practices.
  • Ability to communicate with impact – confident presenter with strong written and verbal skills, plus solid MS Office knowledge.
  • Track record of building trusted client partnerships and guiding vendor relationships to success.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Science, Biology, Chemistry or related discipline and 5 years of experience in a laboratory environment OR
  • High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience working in a research laboratory environment
  • 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role leading others and delivering administrative functions (i.e., Performance reviews, disciplinary actions, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of laboratory safety practices as defined by the Company and/or the customer’s site safety code.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer to enter data and generate reports, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers, managers, customers, and other technical support professionals is critical to successful performance in this role
  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills.
  • Working understanding of GLP/GxP.

  • Technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills complimented by an ability to listen to and interpret client requests.
  • Aptitude for technical and practical matters.
  • MS Office Skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.

Working Environment:

  • Must be able to work in a laboratory, controlled environments requiring personal protective equipment (e.g., lab coat, safety glasses, etc.) in laboratory.
  • Job pace may be fast and job completion demands may be high.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 25% of the time
  • The person needs to occasionally move between labs, corridors, adjoining rooms, and buildings onsite. Frequently operate on instruments, objects, tools or controls, which will require regularly bending, squatting, stretching and reaching in order to perform in a service function.  
  • Occasionally move or lift up to 25 pounds (potential for occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds).
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include without limitation, the ability to observe details at close range distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus in order to perform the essential service functions of this position.  
  • Occasionally operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Employee may be required to handle hazardous waste according to local, state, and federal regulations. Duties may include identifying, handling, generating, accumulating, storing and labeling hazardous waste.
  • Potential risk to lab-based hazards including but not limited to extreme temperature, biological materials, hazardous chemicals.

The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $86,320.00 to $130,000.00. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
