  • Monitor supplier performance using standardized scorecards and drive continuous improvement through quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with MSP to develop a preferred supplier model that advances diversity, cost efficiency, and quality delivery.
  • Lead global RFPs for VMS/MSP and other vendor services as needed.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to global, regional, and local laws regarding worker classification (1099, payrolled, SOW, staff augmentation, etc.).
  • Drive audit readiness, risk mitigation, and accurate worker classification across all geographies.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for non-employees to ensure compliance with company values, policies, and external regulations.

Data, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage program data to deliver executive dashboards, compliance reporting, and cost analyses.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage escalations, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing rate cards, budgets, and supplier contracts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create executive-ready reporting.
