Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- System Diagnostics and Repair: Troubleshooting and fixing issues with propane appliances, 12V/110V electrical systems, water pumps, water heaters, and furnaces.
- Structural and Exterior Maintenance: Repairing roofs, siding, windows, doors, seals, and slide-outs to prevent leaks.
- Mechanical Work: Servicing chassis, towing systems, brakes, and suspensions.
- Inspections and Safety Checks: Conducting NYS Safety Inspections.
- Interior Repairs: Fixing cabinets, furniture, and plumbing fixtures.
- Customer Service: Discussing repair needs with owners, explaining technical issues, and estimating costs.
Skills and Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Tools: Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic skills to identify issues efficiently.
