What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial/Medi-Cal Insurance Verification position at Perinatal Associates of Central California Medical Group?
Our office specializes in high risk pregnancies. We provide ultrasounds, consultations, injections, etc to expecting mothers. As a commercial insurance biller you will be responsible for checking eligibility for all commercial or Medi-cal insurances and obtaining authorizations if required for services. Other daily duties will include follow up on unpaid claims, collecting payments, answering phones, scheduling and other miscellaneous tasks. Prior experience with commercial insurance is preferred for this position.
