Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage the front desk and answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Organize and maintain client and staff files with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with client intake and general office paperwork
- Maintain organized records and documentation in compliance with 245D policies and procedures
- Coordinate with staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Schedule appointments and assist with general administrative duties
- Keep the office area organized and running efficiently
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working in an office or administrative setting preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of 245D compliance and policies is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
Work Environment:
This position works in a professional office environment supporting staff, clients, and management while ensuring records and documentation remain organized and compliant.
