Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Foreman – Fencing to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll supervise a small crew (2–4 team members) while actively participating in fence installation projects.
If you have strong leadership skills and solid fencing experience, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role with a rapidly expanding company.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise a 2–4 person crew on fencing projects
- Install fencing systems (chain link, wood, vinyl/PVC, aluminum, etc.)
- Plan daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Read and execute project plans, layouts, and material staging
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Inspect work and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Communicate regularly with Superintendents and Project Managers
- Manage tools, equipment, and work truck organization
- Track materials and request supplies as needed
- Train and develop crew members to improve performance
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of fence installation experience
- Prior experience as a Foreman, Crew Lead, or Supervisor preferred
- Knowledge of fencing materials, tools, and installation methods
- Ability to lead a team and keep projects on track
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
