What You’ll Do
- Install commercial fencing systems including:
- Chain link
- Wood
- Vinyl (PVC)
- Aluminum
- Temporary fencing
- Dig post holes and set posts in concrete
- Install rails, gates, wire, and hardware
- Measure and layout fence lines accurately
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and augers
- Load and unload materials safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Work alongside a crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of construction or fence installation experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience towing or working with trucks and trailers is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Team player with a positive attitude
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and performing physical labor throughout the day
- Able to work outdoors year-round
