Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles
- Proactively source, screen, and engage qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Create and update job descriptions as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare preferably in mental health
- Has strong sourcing, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a remote environment
