We operate with the belief that growth happens throughmeaningful relationships, thoughtful planning, and an experience that feels personal, nottransactional.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:? Performs the daily portfolio management functions including preparing, reviewing,submitting and next day reconciliation of trade requests.? Maintains trading related system settings and reports in Orion Trading.? Maintains firm-level and advisor-level models in Orion? Provides ongoing portfolio review reports (e.g. weekly cash review, quarterly rebalancingand tax loss harvesting reviews) to Advisor teams.? Assists with the development and documentation of the Trading team’s policies andprocedures.? Regular participation in the Trading team’s process revamps, automations and efficiencyimprovements.? Participates as needed in special projects to support the Trading team’s goals andinitiativesMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)? 1-3 years of experience in trading? Orion trading experience preferred? Analytical skills and ability to use excel to handle large datasets? Hands on support? Attention to detail? Proactivity/Efficiency skills? Intellectual curiosity around investments? Prioritization skills? Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic environment? Bachelors degree required (preferably in Economics or Finance)?
