Position Overview
We are hiring a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) for a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician role supporting prescription processing, order entry, prior authorizations, inventory, and shipping/logistics in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prescription Processing & Order Entry: Accurately enter prescriptions, maintain patient records, and verify patient/physician information
- Pharmacy Operations: Perform Pre-QA, support benefit verification and prior authorizations
- Shipping & Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship medications; verify addresses and delivery timelines
- Logistics Coordination: Monitor shipments, resolve delays with carriers, communicate updates to patients
- Medical Devices: Ship devices, manage returns, and complete refurbishment & QA
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, code, store, and rotate inventory; assist with procurement
- Warehouse Support: Assist with loading/unloading shipments and staging outgoing orders
- Ensure compliance with all State, Federal, and company policies (HIPAA, pharmacy regulations)
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician License/Registration
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) – REQUIRED
- Experience in specialty pharmacy, retail pharmacy, or mail-order pharmacy preferred
- Experience with ScriptMed or pharmacy management systems a plus

- Knowledge of pharmacy workflow, prescription processing, and insurance verification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
