Job Title :  Budget Analyst

Job Location : Chambersburg, PA (Hybrid with 1 day per week onsite)

Clearance : Active Secret

Support shall be comprehensive and robust with contributions made to all aspects of the Federal Budget Process to include, but is not limited to :

• Strategic Planning : Identify new initiatives, improvement opportunities, as well as identifying potential expansion of existing programs
• Formulation : Prepare budget estimates and justifications based on guidelines
• Presentation : Prepare budget justification requests and briefings slides
• Execution : Develop spend plans and assist in the obligation of funds
• Performance : Evaluate and analyze data to determine if the expected results were achieved
• Future Strategic Direction : Identify improvement opportunities and analyze performance results to assist in the development of future funding strategies
• Any other related duties as assigned by the Government Lead.
• In addition to your core duties supporting the DISA, you will also function as Peridot team lead on this DISA contract, preparing the reports as per the contract terms of reference.
• Contractor shall provide support and services for the full range of Financial Management (FM) support services, which ultimately support the DoD’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process for allocating resources. This encompasses Planning and Programming, Budgeting, Cost Estimating and FM, and execution functions, including spend plan development, budgetexhibit preparation, and financial execution metrics tracking and reporting. The Contractor shall provide financial execution, financial and programmatic support, budget and spend plan support, Cost Estimating and Analysis Support etc..
