Vacation Rental Cleaning Professional

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly cleaning contractor to maintain high standards of cleanliness for vacation rental properties. This role is essential to ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming, spotless, and comfortable stay—every time.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and floors
• Clean kitchens, including countertops, appliances, sinks, cabinets, and floors
• Clean common areas and bedrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
• Manage linens: stripping beds, laundering linens and towels, and making beds to company standards
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and basic guest amenities
• Inspect the property after cleaning to ensure it is guest-ready and meets quality standards
• Maintain a consistently clean, fresh, and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues promptly

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Efficient and able to complete cleanings within required timeframes
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical cleaning tasks
• Week day and weekend availability

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience (vacation rentals, hospitality, or residential preferred but not required)
• Ability to follow checklists and cleaning standards consistently
• Good communication skills
• Independent working skills
