Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Therapist or Advanced Dental Therapist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and minor surgical procedures, to patients of all ages. Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental procedures such as examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical and dental histories, taking medical imaging, and performing oral examinations.
• Deliver patient education on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record systems through Eaglesoft.
• Follow strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations through four-handed dentistry techniques and effective communication.

Requirements

• Current, active licensure as a Dental Therapist/Advanced Dental Therapist in the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain).
• Proven experience working in a dental office or clinic environment with pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, or oral surgery procedures.
• Proficiency in dental terminology, medical terminology, and medical documentation standards.
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems (Eaglesoft).
• Strong knowledge of infection control practices, aseptic techniques, and dental imaging procedures.
• Ability to provide comprehensive preventive and restorative dental care per Scope of Practice.

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
