Perfusion Solution Inc. is hiring a full-time Perfusionist in Joplin, Missouri. In this role, you’ll work alongside a dedicated clinical team to manage cardiopulmonary bypass during surgery, monitor patient vitals, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to ensure optimal outcomes.
Additional responsibilities include conducting pre-operative assessments, preparing equipment, maintaining accurate documentation, and upholding high safety and quality standards. Job Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited perfusion program and either ABCP exam eligible or currently certified (CCP). A strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology, along with sound clinical judgment under pressure, is essential.
While we welcome recent grads, experience with a variety of procedures—including CABG, valve surgeries and ECMO. We offer a competitive salary ($180K–$200K), full benefits, 401k match, generous PTO, student loan assistance, and $4,000 annually for continuing education.
